How do you put in an honest day’s work in LIFE - Dr B. Jayashree?

Padma Shri Dr. Kamini Rao is a well known name in the field of Reproductive Medicine. Dr. Kamini Rao is a motivator and an expert in the area of reproductive medicine, and has been honoured the Padma Sri award in 2014 for her selfless achievement in the field of Reproductive Medicine. She has an outstanding history not only in the field of medicines but also well known in the field of emergency surgeries, and also many social works. She is the founder of Milann hospital all over India.

 

How do you put in an honest day’s work in LIFE - Dr B. Jayashree?

 

  1. Jayashree was born on 9th June 1950. She is a veteran Indian theatre actress, singer as well as director. She also acted in many films and television industry and also worked as dubbing artist in films. She is the founder and the head of Spandana Theatre, a theatre company in Bangalore.

In the past five decades she has been the symbol of the evolution of theatre in Karnataka.

 

Popular groups like Benaka and Spandana have represented her in their productions as well. She has figured in countless plays during her long and well-known career, including the epoch-making ones like Mother, Tingara Buddanna, Jokumaraswamy, Antima Yaatre, Barrister, Karimayi, Agnipatha, Lakshapathi Rajana Kathe, Bannada Badukina Chinnada Hadugalu, Manthara etc.

 

Dr. B Jayashree directed a play “HOOVI” in English with the group ICHF Dallas USA in the year 2004.

 

Jayashree has worked as an Assistant Choreographer with Smt. Kumudini Lakhia for the Festival of India in Sweden. The play "Lakshapati Rajana Kathe", directed by her participated in the International Experimental Theatre Festival in Cairo and Tashkent in 1989.

 

Govt. Of India has nominated her as a Member of Parliament (Rajyasabha) in 2010 for her contribution to art and culture.

 

Being honest and doing justice to your work isn’t always the easiest thing, but it’s tremendously important when it comes to working.
